A qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA, he has spent his career on the other side of the table — raising capital, valuing businesses, and understanding what truly drives long-term value creation.
Before founding True Funnel Financial Services, Harshit led fund-raising mandates across public offerings, institutional placements, and cross-border M&A — working closely with promoters, PE funds, and investment banks. This deep exposure to how capital flows at the institutional level gave him a unique lens on markets that most distributors simply don't have.
